Phase One

Week One:

In the first zoom class, Mr. Azriall gives us a brief on the module. After that, he instructs us to split into groups every three people. Then we need to do research on Ux design and Methodologies, then we need to present what we found.

Week 2:

By week two, Mr Azrizal introduced us to a website that we going to redesign called Convergence that is a Malaysian travelling magazine. After taking a look at the website we need to analyse find what's the issue and problem with proof from another website in cooperation.

Week 3:

We starting our methodologies part, so we start constructing the survey question that we're going to publish using Google Form.

Week 4.

This week we start collecting our data for our methodologies. adding to that we need more research about convergence and website design.

Week 5.

Our data collecting is still ongoing and while we did that our team decide to do a competitor analysis each one, my teams analyst National Geographic and Wanderlust, I analyze Rolling Stone because it would be nice to see a website magazine.

Week 6.

After 2 weeks of the survey, our responses are 37. although we get a nice input on Convergence from the public it isn't enough so we decided to make interview questions.

Questions:

What kind of traveler are you? (solo/ family travel/business)
How do you get your information for traveling? Agents / websites / magazine
Have you ever seen or heard travelling magazine from friends/colleagues/others?
What kind of information you like to see usually in a travel magazine?
Have you ever visited the places/food/etc recommended by a travel magazine?
What kind of experience do you expect in a digital travelling magazine that would make you subscribe or use a second time?
Is there any travel website that you would recommend?

After we construct the question, we found our interviewee which a fellow Taylors student, the interview was conducted through WhatsApp because it is the most accessible. We split the task as I the person who asks and my teams are our transcriptor.

After our methodologies and our analytics, the next step is to make our customer personas, we have a solo traveler, a businessman and a family. we also create design guidelines for phase two of this module

using all the elements we took from our research on our competitors' websites. we decided to heavily reference the Klook and national Geographic
